Child benefits will be increased by 15 euros per child per month starting in January 2021. This means that in future, child benefits will be paid at € 219 per month for the first and second child, € 225 per month for the third child and € 250 per month from the fourth child onwards.
The amounts will be automatically adjusted by the family fund and paid out in the new amount from January. Those entitled to child benefits do not have to take any action.
