Furthermore, as of Thursday, 25 November 2021, the job centres shall be implementing the 2G Rule. For a personal interview, it will then be necessary to provide evidence of vaccination or recovery from Covid-19. We recommend you to if possible make an appointment for this purpose.

Customers who have not been vaccinated, have not recovered from the virus, or who refuse to provide evidence of their status can receive advice online or on the phone, or may receive brief advice at an emergency counter.

To register personally as unemployed, you may also continue to use the emergency counter.
